“To Frac or Not to Frac? Risks and Rewards of Natural Gas Production from Shale,” Presented by Dr. Larry Murdoch

The Institute for the Environment will host Dr. Larry Murdoch, Professor of Engineering and Earth Sciences, Clemson University, to give a public talk on hydraulic fracturing for natural gas production in North Carolina. Dr. Murdoch will talk about the environmental and economic issues of “fracking” on Tuesday, January 31st, at 5:00 pm in the Tate-Turner-Kuralt Auditorium.
