Recycling volunteers are needed for Hog Day at River Park in Hillsborough.
Recycling volunteers make waste reduction happen in a major way at area special events—in some cases more than 85% is diverted from landfill disposal through composting and recycling!
Recycling hours are eligible for high school service learning requirements and it makes a great activity for student, scout, church or other civic group to TRULY make a difference in our community! Sign up for this upcoming special event by contacting Muriel Williman by phone at (919) 968-2788 or email (mwilliman@co.orange.nc.us).
