At the April 25 Council meeting, Mayor Mark Kleinschmidt signed a proclamation declaring May Bike Month in Chapel Hill. The Town of Chapel Hill strives to be a healthy place to live and encourages residents to use bicycles for work, to run errands or for recreation.
